It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Kowalski of Middle River, Maryland, born in Sheffield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Henry and Lenora Henry; her husband Raymond J. Kowalski; her daughters, Barbara Rosin (Marshall), Patricia Kowalski and Rita Meredith; her grandchildren, Anthony Ferguson (Michelle), Raymond O'Brien, Aaron O'Brien (Amanda), Jennifer Bates, James Ferguson (Amber), Renee Gregory, John Rosin, Kenneth Meredith and Brandon Meredith; and her siblings, Dorothy Hubble, Donald Henry, Herman Henry and Sandra Stalcup. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
