She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Dale Fowler Sr.; and her son Robert Jennings Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Donna Sue Fowler and Patrick Dale Fowler Jr.; her grandchild Tracey Ferstermann (Raymond); and her great grandchildren, Hope Elizabeth Ferstermann and Jessie Emmalyn Ferstermann. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
