He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Turner, Sr. and Mary Agnes Turner (Long); and his stepmother Ocie Imogene "Jean" Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Turner (Wise); his children, William "Buddy" Lemuel Turner III (Teresa), James Keith Turner (Cindy), Timothy Alan Turner (Colleen) and Catherine Michelle Vaughan (late Butch); his grandchildren, Crystal L. Coberly (Billy), Mark J. Turner (Jackie), William L. Turner IV, Kayla M. Smith (Harold), Ryan N. Turner, Carly A. Dean (Alan) and Jennifer N. Schaub; his sister Patricia Hedrick (George); and his nieces, Jennifer Hedrick and Susan Larson (Neil).
