He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Louise Anderson Garrison and Richard Francis Garrison; his daughters, Barbara Anne Jones and Becky Mays; and his siblings, Tommy Garrison, Richard "Buddy" Garrison and Margaret "Sissy" Royer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Garrison; his children, Willy Garrison (Karla) of California, MD, Ricky Garrison (Laurie) of Hughesville, MD, Robert Garrison (Angie) of Mechanicsville, MD, Allen Wilkes of Mechanicsville, MD, Daryl Wilkes of Greensboro, NC, Wendy Mattingly (Charlie) of Morganza, MD, Lorie Tobey (Rick) of Milford, DE and Tammy Farrell (Eddie) of Hollywood, MD; his son-in-law Randy Mays of Piney Point, MD; and his siblings, Paul Garrison, Barbara Garrison and Carrie McLane. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
