He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil James Pendry Sr. and Grace Pendry (Sullivan). He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia Cross of Mechanicsville, MD; his children, Donna Goddard (Pendry) of Leonardtown, MD, Jade Pendry, Seth J. Pendry and Shyann Pendry; and his grandchildren, Brayden "Chubby" Goddard, Elaina Rae Goddard, James Goddard III, Memphis Tippett, Rylie Phipps, Blake Phipps and Landon Confer.
