He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cook and Annie Mae Cook; his wife Mary Ann Cook; his son Tommy Cook, Jr.; his siblings, Ella Whitehurst, Jane Wilen, Kenneth Cook, Jerry Cook and David Cook; and his son-in-law John Naumoff.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Cook (Kim) of Mechanicsville, MD and Tammy Naumoff of Mechanicsville, MD; his siblings, Chris Webb (Bill), Brenda Kahn and Greg Cook (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Amber, Shelley, Shawn, Shane, Britney, Lexi, Camryn and A. J.; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Hailie, Vinney, Brystol and Timmy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
