He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ruth Burke; his wife Donna Lee Wagner; his children, Thomas "Tommy" Wagner, Jr., JoAnne Wagner, Carianne Wagner and Bobby Cator; his siblings, Clifford Wyrick, Roy Wagner and Rosemarie Richardson; and his grandson Joel Allen Burchell. He was also cherished by his 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
