It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sterling Debold Sr. of Mechanicsville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera DeBold and Alton DeBold; his former wife Judy DeBold; and his son-in-law David Wathen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Greer DeBold; his children, Dawn Frickx (Bernie) of Las Vegas, NV, Crystal Judd (Chris) of Eden, MD and Sterling Patrick DeBold, Jr. (Courtney) of Waldorf, MD.; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Wathen of Clements, MD, Crystal Yates (David) of Hollywood, MD and Jessica Woodburn (Brian) of Hollywood, MD; and his siblings, Diane Toler of Raleigh, NC, Jackie Bandy of Frederick, MD and Debbie Gogolin of Cody.
