He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera DeBold and Alton DeBold; his former wife Judy DeBold; and his son-in-law David Wathen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Greer DeBold; his children, Dawn Frickx (Bernie) of Las Vegas, NV, Crystal Judd (Chris) of Eden, MD and Sterling Patrick DeBold, Jr. (Courtney) of Waldorf, MD.; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Wathen of Clements, MD, Crystal Yates (David) of Hollywood, MD and Jessica Woodburn (Brian) of Hollywood, MD; and his siblings, Diane Toler of Raleigh, NC, Jackie Bandy of Frederick, MD and Debbie Gogolin of Cody.
