He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice A. Turner and Sydney A. Turner. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Turner (Bartz); his sons, David L. Turner (Elizabeth) of Mechanicsville, MD and Steven C. Turner (Alanna) of Mt. Airy, MD; his grandchildren, Jason, Emily Turner of Mechanicsville, MD, Ashlyn, Jack, Brooke, Vivian, Dexter and Savannah Turner of Mt. Airy, MD.; his brother James A. Turner (Catherine) of Mechanicsville, MD; and his cousin Charles E. Turner (Judy) of Chatsworth, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
