With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Franklin Hoffman Jr. (Mechanicsville, Maryland), born in Cheverly, Maryland, who passed away on January 10, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Hoffman Garner and Roy Hoffman; his sisters, Janice King and Patty Hoffman; his stepfather Richard Garner, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Melvin and Grace Mothershead.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Hoffman; his children, Tracy Hoffman (Hank) of Mechanicsville, Frank Hoffman (Vicki) of La Plata and Joey Hoffman of Mechanicsville; his grandchildren, Cortney, Melanie Buckler, Hannah, Lily Hoffman and Maddox Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Layla Vaden and Blake Thompson; and his stepsiblings, Richard Garner, Jr of Federalsburg and Denise Treece of Hopewell, PA.. He is also survived by his friends and sons.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Nursing Center Leonardtown, Maryland or Hospice of St. Mary's.
