She is survived by: her daughter Mandy; her husband David Eugene Lephew of Mechanicsville, MD; her children, Justin Lephew of Mechanicsville, MD and Amanda Capoen of Mechanicsville, MD; her grandson Vinny; her siblings, Sue Keefer of Jacksonville, FL and Freeman Daugherty of Pensacola, FL.; and her aunts and uncles, Charles Daugherty, Roy Daugherty, Floyd Daugherty, Cora Patch, Paula Moran and Dee Davidson. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
