It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robah Ellis Garner of Mechanicsville, Maryland, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robah Ellis Garner and Julia Melida Ashley Garner; his wife Shirley Jean Tullock; and his children, Charles and Jewel.
He is survived by: his sibling Robie; his sibling-in-law Marion J. Mullins; his nieces and nephews, Bobby Garner, Nancy Wilkinson, Charles Garner and Jewel Daniels; and his children, Theresa Gilbert, Brenda Kerper, Jerry Tullock, Bobby and Nancy. He is also survived by 4 siblings; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robie's name to the American Cancer Society.
