It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Anne Downs (Mechanicsville, Maryland), who passed away on March 20, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Wilbur Downs, Jr.; her son Brian Keith Downs; and her brothers, Paul Parker and Marshal Crozier. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Wilbur Downs, Jr., Diane Marie Klem and Kathy Lynn Pickens; her siblings, John Parker, Helen Crozier Woodall and Sandra Crozier Mason; and her children-in-law, Carol Cather Downs, Amy Redding Downs, Fred Klem and Greg Pickens. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
