She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ervin and Mary Ruth Robey (Kenlon); and her sister Betty Kenlon. She is survived by: her husband Robert Spotz; her children, Christopher Thompson and Karen Thompson; her stepdaughters, Brenda Herman and Linda Pettersen; and her sisters, Madeline Annawalt and Ruth Marie Domanic. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made in Millicent's name to the American Cancer Society.
