We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Margaret Jo Tinsley (Mechanicsville, Maryland), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Blease Horton and Mahala Horton (Brock); and her brothers, Billy and James Horton. She is survived by: her husband Ray DeFoix Tinsley; her children, Robert "Bobby" Tinsley (Susan) of Mechanicsville, MD, Donald "Donnie" Tinsley (Barbara) of Mechanicsville, MD and Regina Gatton Tinsley of Hollywood, MD; and her siblings, Emma Jean Kimbrell of Spartanburg, SC and Wayne Horton (Ellen) of Spartanburg, SC. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
