Fay Stump wrote a sympathy message

“I was blessed to be Linda's friend in the most formative years of our lives. We experienced and learned much together as cheerleaders in high school, sorority sisters in college, and summer camp counselors at Chagrin Falls. I was honored to be Linda's maid of honor at her wedding, and though we seldom saw each other after college, when we did, it was like we were never apart. Linda guided me, supported me, loved me, and I will forever be grateful for her friendship.”
