It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Filippini of Mechanicsville, Maryland, born in Cheverly, Maryland, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Morrett DePriest and Jesse DePriest. She is survived by: her husband Carl V. Filippini; her son John A. Garland, Jr. of Crownsville, MD; and her brother Jesse R. DePriest of Glenn Dale, MD..
