She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Francis Hoke and Lucille Lorraine Vaughn; her husband Robert Raines, Sr.; and her siblings, David Hoke and Sue Hoke.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Raines, Jr. (Karen) of Huntingtown, MD and Timothy Raines of Mechanicsville, MD.; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Emily), Jessica and Jacob Raines; and her great grandchild Amelia Raines.
