He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Budd and Daisy Budd; his wife Mary Llewellyn Budd of Mechanicsville, MD; and his stepdaughter Diane Burke Veluz. He is survived by: his daughter Angie Goad (Budd) of Great Mills; his stepchildren, Bruce Burke, John Nichols of Mechanicsville and Linda Baxter (Nichols) of Mechanicsville; and his sister Shirley Russell (Budd) of Clinton, MD. He is also survived by grandchildren, and sixteen (16) great-grandchildren.
