He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean Owen Picciotta and Paul Matthew Picciotta; his wife Pamela Perry Picciotta; his daughter Stephanie Lorraine Picciotta; his stepmother Wendy Picciotta; his siblings, Paul M. Jr., Nicole G. and Kelly M.; and his aunts, Carol Young and Marilyn Owen. He was also cherished by niece and three nephews.
