He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Louise Wilson Price and James Ignatious Price, Sr.; his sisters, Dorthy Elizabeth Barnes and Alice Bertina Wilson; his children, Jennifer Maria Price, Pam Elaine Price, Olli Grant Berry, Jr., John Henry Price, Jr., Sheryl Christine Price, Saundra Marie Heard (Troy) and Sheila Juanita Price; his grandchildren, Delonte Nolan Canisha (Marie), Daniel Scott, Kiyonna Lawrence, Anthony Briscoe, Tavon Briscoe, Marcus Price and Marcel Davis; his great grandchildren, Alexuyanna Caraballo, Alenya Caraballo, Alijah Scott, Aniyah Scott and Ayvion Briscoe; and his siblings, Mary Cutchember, Helen Price (Junior Shade), Mary Brooks, Mary White, James I. Price, Jr. (Mary) and Thomas Price.

He is survived by: his wife Agnes Marie Price.
