He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milton and Erva I. Leigg; and his sister Mae E. Poe. He is survived by: his wife Diane T. Leigg; and his siblings, James W. Leigg (Shirley) of Bowie, MD and Doris A. Fowler of Washington, VA. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
