It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Hope Carter (Mechanicsville, Maryland), born in Orléans, Centre, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Luckett and Ralph Luckett; her husband Michael Carter; her children, Susan Carter and Jacob Carter; and her siblings, Constance Walton, Elizabeth Kidwell and John Luckett. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
