Henry Alan Virts Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Alan Virts of Mechanicsville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Virts Bailey and Henry Alan Virts, Sr.; his stepfather Paul Bailey; and his son Ward Alan Virts. He is survived by: his friends, Jack Gumtow and Jimmy Weaver; his wife Nancy Lucretia Ward Virts; his children, Eric Putnam Virts (Alice) of California, MD, Paul Ashcom Virts of Hagerstown, MD and Breann Nicole Virts Uber (Kaidin) of Mechanicsville, MD; his grandchildren, Matthew Virts (Alexandra Fehn), John Virts and Hannah Virts (Lorenzo Sena); and his great grandchildren, Raelynn Virts Uber, Grahm and James Virts. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
