It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Hicks Jr. of Mechanicsville, Maryland, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Hicks, Sr. and Catherine Hopewell (Scriber); his wife Sandra "Sandy" I. Hicks (Gross); and his brothers, George and Louis Hicks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly O'Neil (Brian), Dawn Hicks and Candice Hicks; his granddaughters, Serenity Campbell, Nevaeh Estep, Mya O'Neil and Journii Ross; his siblings, JoAnne Farmer, May Noel (Clinton), Brenda Hemsley (William) and Kenny Hicks (Patricia); his uncle Charles Hicks; his siblings-in-law, Tonda Hicks, Mary Ellen Montgomery, Clara Marshall (Tony), Lisa Love (Mark), Sylvia Gross, Karen Gross, Kevin (Dana), Lawrence (Cynthia), Eric (Priscilla), James and John Gross; and his godson Davon Chisley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
