He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn R. Frank, Sr. and Ruth Ann Frank; his wife Gloria Ann Frank; his daughters, Deborah Ann Frank Bartczak and Kathy Ann Frank Henry; and his siblings, Ruth and Robert.
He is survived by: his son Glenn R. Frank, III (Connie); and his grandchildren, Glenn, Heather, Ashley, Kristin and Michael.
