It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Michael Sultage Jr. of Mechanicsville, Maryland, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Sr., Helen Sultage, Charles and Ruth Rumbarger. He is survived by: his parents, George Michael Sultage, Sr. and Bonnie Jean Sultage (Rumbarger) of Tyrone, PA; his son Hunter; his wife Michelle Elaine Sultage; his son Bryce Sultage of Mechanicsville, MD; his father-in-law Edward Zamaitis of Mechanicsville, MD; and his aunt Donna Boutiller of Tyrone, PA.
