He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wilson Rose and Julia Kogak Rose. He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Kohansby Rose; his children, Pastor Edward T. Rose of Pennsylvania, Karen Elizabeth Rose Boyd of Mechanicsville and David Matthew Rose; and his brother Larry Dean Rose of Maryland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
