It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Wayne Weightman of Mechanicsville, Maryland, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne Weightman (Stepmother Helen Weightman) and Jean Delores Steen (Stepfather Junius Steen); and his brother Timothy Patrick Steen. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Hammett (Brian); his grandchildren, Garrett, Alana and Braelyn; and his siblings, Randy Weightman (Karen), Donnajean Olson and Melanie Johnson (Joel). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
