He was predeceased by: his parents, Wirtie Zoller Moore and Pearl Rebecca Moore (Posey); and his brother James Verda Moore. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Moore of Mechanicsville, MD; his daughters, Loree Moore LaPorte (Randy) of Hollywood, MD and Donna Moore of Mechanicsville, MD; and his grandsons, Jeffrey Gagnon (Jessica) and Nicolas Gagnon (Alexis).
