Dowd of St. Leonard, MD, Christie A. Downs (Shawn) of Leonardtown, MD and Amber N. Gardiner (Jeffrey) of Mechanicsville, MD; and his siblings, Robert F. Dowd of Bumpass, VA and Kathleen A. Partlow of Falling Waters, WV.. He is also survived by grandchildren; and one (1) great-grandchild.
