He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Clifford Webb and Lottie Buddington Webb; and his grandson Richard Gaither. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Webb; his daughters, Joy Gaither, Karen Webb, Taffie Finfrock and Tonie Steward; and his grandchildren, Samantha Carter, Emily Eikenberg, David Finfrock, Kevin Finfrock and Jason Finfrock. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, two brothers and one sister.
