He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Mary Margaret Barbour (Thomas); his siblings, James Joseph, David Leon, John Melvin and Lydia Ann Barbour; and his sister-in-law Annie M. Adams.
He is survived by: his brothers, Commandors, Earth, Wind and Fire; his son Shaun Barbour; his siblings, Mary Jenifer, Alice Theresa Barbour, Thelma Bowman, William, Thomas and Robert Barbour; and his siblings-in-law, Nellie, Natasha Barbour and Louis Bowman.
