We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2019, at the age of 69, Brenda Faye Hodges (Mechanicsville, Maryland), born in Laurens, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Clifford Butler and Minnie Lee Butler (Lyons) of Faulkner, MD.; her husband James Henry Hodges; her children, Lisa Marie Howard (Duke) of Waldorf, MD and Nicki Showalter (Claude) of Mechanicsville, MD; and her siblings, David Butler of Mechanicsville, MD, Steve Butler of Shelby, NC, Ricky Butler and Carolyn Taylor. She was also cherished by grandchildren; one (1) great-grandchild; (1) honorary grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations be made in Brenda's name to Hospice of St. Mary's, Post Office Box 625, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
