He is survived by: his parents, Stewart Moreland and Ann Moreland (Hayden) of Mechanicsville, MD.; his siblings, Tony Moreland (Shirley) of Sorrento, FL and Sylvia Welch (Johnny) of Mechanicsville, MD; his niece Krystal Aud (Darren) of Sorrento, FL; his nephew Tony Moreland, Jr. (Rebecca) of Mechanicsville, MD; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden, Reagen, Dale and Kinsley.
