She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemon Guilliams and Okie Susan Nichols Guilliams. She is survived by: her husband James Costello; her daughter Susan LaDue; her sister Joyce Webb of Roanoke, VA; her stepsons, Mathew and Adam Costello; her grandchildren, Nicole LaDue and Garisan LaDue; and her stepgrandson Justin Costello.
