He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Wiley and Mary Catherine Wiley (McMillan); his wife Kathy Wiley (Enlow); and his niece Carri Teats. He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia L. Wiley (Gerald Rizer) and Christina Jones (Scott); his siblings, Randall Wiley (Betty Jo), Susan Frickey, Peggy Teats (Ron), Colleen Hershberger (John), Patty Bodes (Gary) of Harmony, NC and Rosemarie Ganoe (Dan); and his grandchildren, Camber, Cassidy Rizer, Paige Carr and Bryce Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and one great-great-nephew.
