She was predeceased by: her father Wesley McClelland; her husband Ralph Vernon Spiker; and her grandson James Vernon Spiker. She is survived by: her children, Adrian Spiker (Darlene Beachley) of Sarasota, FL, Joseph Spiker (Christine) of McHenry, MD, William Spiker (Claudia) of McHenry, MD, Naomi Savage (Clyde) of Clear Spring, MD, Mary Mickle (Denny) of McHenry, MD and Martha Spiker-Teal (Howard) of Rehoboth, DE; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Holcomb, Adrian Spiker, Ashley Spiker, Abigail Spiker, Jeffrey Savage, Kimberly Savage, Joseph Savage, Jeremy Savage, Joseph Spiker, Katherine Smith, Joshua Spiker, Adam Spiker, Wesley Spiker, Jonathan Mickle, Nathan Mickle and Maria Mickle. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
