With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Johnson-Lawton (McHenry, Maryland), born in Sang Run, Maryland, who passed away on February 19, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ward and Della Ann Savage (Rodeheaver); her husbands, Eugene Neil Johnson, Sr. and Percy Lee Lawton; her son Robert Wayne Johnson; her siblings, Elwood "Bud", William, Robert Savage, Leotta Ward and Della Jean Barello; and her daughter-in-law Jennie Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Eugene Neil Johnson (Mitsi), Richard Allen Johnson of Winchester, VA, Michael Edward Johnson, David Carl Johnson (Julie), Victoria Lynn Johnson and Lori Jane Johnson of Salisbury, PA; her stepson William Lawton (Carolyn); her daughter-in-law Kimberly Johnson of Hellertown, PA; her brothers, Donald of Oakland and Samuel Savage of Oakland; and her grandchildren, Billy Johnson (Bev), Rob Johnson, Russell Johnson, Joshua Johnson (Ian), Leanna Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Aaron Johnson (Lauren), Andy Johnson (Heather), Tim Simmons (Brenda), Amy Klingler (Bill), Jennifer Warren, Vijay Kelly, Jessica Reneau (Colby), Mary Beth DeMartino (Ty), Shannon Germain (Eric) and Daniel Lawton (Kristen). She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces.
