He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Edward and Geraldine Alma Savage (DeWitt); and his sister Ruth Ann Savage. He is survived by: his wife Trudy K. Savage (Mosser); his children, John E. Savage, Jr. (Colette, McHenry) and Scheree L. Kirk (Doug); his grandchildren, Ward S. Savage (Melanee), Jacob G. Savage (Melanie), Ashlee L. Parsons (David), Eric J. Kirk and Evan J. Kirk; his great grandchild Robinson J. Savage; and his siblings, Thomas Savage, Billy Savage, Thelma Savage and Betty Savage-Frazee.
