He is survived by: his wife Judith Ellen Pownall; his children, Don Pownall (Dottie), Annette Leeworthy (Mike) and Michelle Carper (Larry); his grandchildren, Cody Leeworthy (Maddi), Kayla Frankenberry (Cody), Alicia Pownall, Anna Pownall, Mackenzie Carper and Taylor Fox (Michael); his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Resley, John, Aspin, Asher, Emmitt, Callan and Dayton; and his siblings, John Neely (Carla), Jim Neely (Renate), Carl Neely (Doreen), Elyse Neely (Clark), Debbie Simpson, Peggy Tinsman, Bonnie Mills (Barry) and Max Simpson (Marian).
