He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland F. Fairbank and Dora Richardson Fairbank; and his son David Fairbank. He is survived by: his wife Alice Fairbank; his son Frank Fairbank (Chris) of Greensboro, MD; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Joe and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
