He is survived by: his parents, Baker J. "Jack" Lease and Betty Lou Lease (VanMeter) of McCoole, MD.; his wife Cynthia J. "Cindy" Lease (DeMoss); his son Jeffrey David Lease, II (Misty Freeman) of Pennsylvania; his stepchildren, Jade Russell (Tony) of Oldtown, MD and Tristan Harbaugh of Oldtown, MD; his grandchildren, Jade, Jackson Lease and Brantly Freeman; his siblings, Martin Jackson Lease (Stephanie) of Alaska and Heidi Renee Malone (Timothy) of Rawlings; his mother-in-law Barbara DeMoss of Cumberland, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Robert DeMoss (Misty) of Corriganville, MD and Melanie DeMoss of LaVale, MD.
