It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Jean (Speakman) Collins Everett of McCoole, Maryland, born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Speakman and Jennie Mae Speakman (Hardy); her former husband Dwight Collins; her husband Joseph Everett; and her sister Debbie Sue Speakman.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwight E. Collins III (Cindy) and Duane A. Collins; her granddaughters, Tiffany R. Collins, Kelly L. Collins and Erica J. Scott; her great grandchildren, Braxton X. Fechuch, Abrianna C. Fechuch and Carter W. S. Fechuch; and her sisters, Wanda Morris, Peggy Atchison and Dixie Barcikowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local Alzheimer's organization.
