We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2021, at the age of 57, Vicki Lynn Norris of Maugansville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Byers and Patricia Long (Bell). She is survived by : her husband William "Will" Norris; her siblings, Bobbi Russ (David), Eurith Emerson (Brad) and Charles "Deiter" Long, Jr. (Pamela); her brother-in-law Fred Whisler; her nephews, Brandon Godfrey and Richard F. Norris II; and her pet Molly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Washington County, 13011 Maugansville Rd., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
