Rita Jane Hartnett Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Jane Hartnett of Maugansville, Maryland, who passed away on January 3, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry E. Martin and Ethel Martin (Raymer); her husband Lawrence Joseph Hartnett; her daughters, Mary Frances, Catherine Ann and Mary Ann Miley; her grandson Daniel Joseph Hartnett; and her siblings, Mary Frances Eves, John Martin and Thomas Martin.
She is survived by : her children, Linda Harsh (Michael), Philip Hartnett (Delsie), Cynthia Sorensen, Margaret "Peg" Payne (Lewis) and Carole Cummings (Richard); and her brother James Martin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
