It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe Frick (Maugansville, Maryland), born in Clear Spring, Maryland, who passed away on March 2, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband George Kelly Frick; and her sister Ruby Hammond. She is survived by : her parents, Bruce Howard and Ella Indiana Snyder (Beckley); her children, Kathy Roberts (David), Amanda, Gary Frick (Kitty) and Ronnie Frick (Donna); her wife Judi; her brothers, Bobby Snyder (Joyce), Ronnie Snyder (Peggy), Howard Snyder and Roger Snyder; and also, Eli Lipe, Abigail Lipe, Isabelle Lipe, Janet Lipe, Kristal Jr., George Frick, Jr., Kelly, Amy, Rachel and Benjamin. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great grandchildren and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phoebe's name to the music program of Otterbein United Methodist Church, 108 E. Franklin St., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
