She was predeceased by : her parent George F.; her husband Kenneth William Weller; her stepmother Josephine Ebersole; her siblings, Anna Carter, Hazel Ridenour, Dorothy Neibert, George Robert Ebersole, Irvin Ebersole, Clarence Ebersole, Lawrence Ebersole and Earl Ebersole; and her half-siblings, Joann Hatton and Kenneth Ebersole.

She is survived by : her parent Bertha L. Ebersole (Sprankle); her daughters, Deborah L. Forsythe (Donald), Brenda S. Weller and Jack Reynard; her grandchildren, Dawn Cook and Denise Forsythe; her great grandchildren, Ryan C. Stull, Hunter L. Forsythe and Emily M. Boyd; and her half-siblings, Peggy Cover, Fanny Beamer, Virginia Rowe, Elizabeth Sirbaugh (Susie), Betty Wolfe, Elmer Ebersole and Glenn Ebersole. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
