It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Mae McGowan of Maugansville, Maryland, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Miller and Ethel Divel Miller; and her husband Oscar McGowan. She is survived by : her stepson David McGowan (Deborah); her granddaughters, Heather Urban (Richard) and Holly Brown (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Lucian Urban and Olivia Brown; her sister Helen Leberknight; and her sister-in-law Jean Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
