He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Lewis Draper and Betty Jane Kuhn Draper; and his siblings, Dale, Bobby Draper and Karen Draper.

He is survived by : his wife Ann (Pittinger); his siblings, Larry, Denny (Ruth), Randy (Debbie), Terry (Shelly) and Kelli Maze; his children, Tracy Eckenrode (Jim), Sherri Doxsey (Larry Eader) and Matt Draper (Jeanine Pranses); and his grandchildren, Mitchell Forster (Aly Arnold), Seth Doxsey, Savannah Draper (Justin Janc), Lucas Eckenrode, Nick Eckenrode, Dylan Doxsey, Allison Eader, Sam and Anna Carr. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
